After school care is provided in the hall each day by SKIDS (Safe Kids in Daily Supervision). An information pack and enrolment form is available from the school office or see below to download a copy.
sKids Henderson South is a safe, fun and friendly environment for after school care that your children will enjoy – ONSITE at Henderson South School. Your children can have fun with their friends or make new friends at sKids.
We are open Monday to Friday from 2.45pm – 6:00pm in order to assist busy working families. Bookings are based on your individual requirements with full time, part time and casual options available. We provide a structured homework session on Monday to Thursday afternoons as well as a range of pre-planned daily activities including Art & Craft, Music & Drama, Sports & Games, Technology & Cooking and lots and lots of FUN!!!
All sKids staff are police vetted and first aid trained. We are a Child Youth and Family Service (CYF’s) approved programme. Eligible families may be entitled to an OSCAR subsidy from Work and Income NZ to help with fee costs – YOU COULD PAY AS LITTLE AS $3.00 PER DAY!!!
